Meet the people behind Coffin Tales and be thankful if they let you out alive.
The Author...
Danna B. Taylor is the author of the Coffin Tales series and has not been nominated for the Brahm Stroker Award or, as a matter of fact, for anything else. Born and raised in the San Fransisco Bay Area, she was exposed to horror at an early age, as the members of her family are also horror fans. As a birthday present when she was eight years old her father took her to the double feature of John Carpenter’s Halloween and Stephen King’s Carrie. Being raised on a steady diet of the classic San Fransisco/Stockton tv show Creature Features, hosted by the legendary Bob Wilkins, started her experiments in horror writing. An avid fan of slasher films, she began writing short stories when she was eight, given pointers by her father, who is also a novelist. She has contributed to several now-defunct horror magazines and also works in the “other” horror genre - the music industry. She has also studied witchcraft and Egyptian occult. She lives in an undisclosed location in a gothic house, surrounded by her collection of skeletons, vampire memorabilia, and discarded items from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with her partner in horror, Rob, and two small keepers of the Underworld.

The Artists...
Susan A. Jones works in every medium. She has been drawing for as long as she can remember, but it was during her sophomore year in high school that she was pushed by her art teacher, Mr. Haslag, and her parents to continue seriously, as they recognized her raw talent. Her goals are to create art that is worthwhile and as life like as possible. Some of her art appears in Coffin Tales: The Limited Edition Printing.
